Florian

I have long since been fascinated by human movement, and how it might be optimised. My ability to move freely without pain was first tested when I started training and competing in triathlons in 2012, after which I became increasingly interested in rehabilitation techniques. I know first-hand the frustration involved in not being able to perform injury-free, and I have thus developed a number of solutions for a variety of problems.

Although I have a particular passion for sports injuries, I have experience in treating a number of musculoskeletal conditions such as neck, shoulder and lower back pain. I am experienced in providing treatment plans tailored to your specific needs, and can include the prescription of rehabilitation exercises. I aim to tailor every patient’s treatment plan to their specific needs and goals.

Having worked for several years in the coffee industry, I began studying for a Masters degree at the London School of Osteopathy in 2018 and graduated in 2024! In February 2020 I also successfully completed a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy.

When treating a patient, I always aim to treat the body as a whole, as well as the site of pain. In my experience, nothing in the human body happens in isolation, so it is vital to consider all human function when performing rehabilitation. Holistic diagnosis and treatment is also a core principle of osteopathic philosophy.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a method of manual therapy with enormous healing potential. Using a detailed knowledge of human anatomy and function, combined with a set of specialised techniques, osteopaths can target problematic areas in the body in order to regain healthy function. A core principle of osteopathy is the optimisation of the human body’s self-healing mechanisms, something that I firmly believe in.

Osteopathy has the potential to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. If you’re unsure whether osteopathy is the right option for you, please get in contact!
